Is anyone else finding the battery on the iPhone 13 pro max is draining faster then it should? Also I’m finding that my battery takes more then 2 hrs to fully charge to 100%

The fast charging times given in the spec are from low to mid charge. After that it’s slow going as usual - trickle charging. Everyone’s battery loses charge faster than what seems reasonable.
Without any context it is hard to say what could be the issue. Post a 24 hour battery usage chart with apps and app times by selecting "SHOW ACTIVITY".

It looks like you are getting about 13 hours on a 100% battery usage. Not sure why you think your battery life is horrible because it shows that it is in fact impressive.
I’m looking at your stats when your iPhone was on standby between 6-11am. It drained only 2% which is as normal as it gets. The usage for others seem fine too. I’m guessing you’re noticing the drain because you were doing something else previously which uses less battery?

From what I see in the photographs the 7 hours SOT are not real, since it counts the last 24 hours and not from the last charge.
If we make the calculations the user is on track for about 11-12 hours of SOT.

The battery in mine is amazing. Even better than the 12 Pro Max, which was terrific. I have a shortcut set to let me know when the battery charges above 85% so I can unplug it. Even at 85% it typically lasts me all day, even two days. Last week I had a day when I went to charge it and it was still at 70% from the day before, so I held off till the next day and it was still at 63% on the second day! From 85%. So I’d say mine is working better than advertised. Having said that, I’ve had mine for a while. I’ve notice that when I first get a device, I tend to use it A LOT! That can make it seem like the battery needs charging more often. I ordered mine on opening day and received it Oct 3rd, so I’ve had it long enough for the ”new“ to rub off.
Yep, did the same last week. And I still had 19% left when I was going to bed on the 4th day. And that was with over 9hrs of sot. Last time I used a phone that had 4 day battery life was in the feature phones era with something like the Nokia 3310 ?
Your phone is fine. Stop worrying about it. It’s not draining. You feel that it’s draining because you are actually using the phone. ?
Several days you had more than 6 hours of screen time, looking at the blue bars. Wednesday you almost had a combined screen off and on use of 9 hours with a little more than 50% battery. You could reach 17 hours of use. It's A LOT. My 13P can only do half than that, I use 50% of battery for 3 hours of use on average
