iPhone X Battery drainage: Stand-by time is the same as usage time?

When I check my time on a full charge, the stand-by time is the same as the usage time. How is this possible?

Note: I don’t use my iPhone all day.

How many different threads do there have to be about this? Find the app that's not allowing the phone to sleep, remove the offending app, done. The Battery section of the Settings app *exists* for this purpose.
