Battery Health shows you everything you need to know about your iPhone's battery and charging. Is your battery functioning properly? Is your power adapter actually charging your phone?

Yes. It is not a universal app at the moment so it will run as an iPhone app, but it's been tested extensively on all iPads, including the Pro.

On the next update (hopefully will be released within about a week), the app will become universal and so the UI will look better on iPads.

I just bought it. How could I say no to a battery health app at only $1.99? Plus your quick help and support!

One thing could you make the universal app, that may be out next week, show the battery stats horizontally as well please ?

Jsut downloaded the app, best battery app I tired. Better than iBackupbot (which I was only using for the battery info TBH). I had some concerns about battery life, which I realise was due to a cold snap as my battery is still at 91% capacity after a year. Good job!

Since it is not in the App Store anymore, is there any way to still get the App?

Looks like Battery Health is no longer avail :( go back to App Store and search for "Battery Details" by Hoa Vo. It's free now. That app is similar to Battery Health with cycle counts!

Yep, I put the Battery Health core code on GitHub for others to use. That app is the first one that's made it to the App Store.

There's actually another one that looks quite similar to that one that was around even earlier as I recall:
Battery Life: check internal battery statistics by Robert Tkotzyk

In all cases I'd recommend you download those NOW as they are likely going to be removed relatively soon.

It now looks like the only reason these types of apps make it to the app store in the first place is that reviewers tend to miss the fact that they violate the Apple guidelines. After a few submissions for the same app (for updates and such), sometimes a more senior reviewer looks at these apps and determines that they present device diagnostics data that is prohibited by Apple, which leads to immediate rejection and removal of the existing version.

Doesn't seem to be available in the App Store (at least not in the US one).

I am in the US and can still download it. The original Air Video as well which was removed a long time ago by developer I think.

Is it because I bought both apps which is why I can still download the app ?

Yes, if you have purchased it, you can always redownload it. There are only a few exceptions of this not working.

So you are saying you can get them from your Purchased section of the App Store? If so, yes, generally previously downloaded/purchased apps are still available from there even if they have been pulled from the App Store.
