now THAT'S more like it.. but who knows if these pics are legit at all..

exactly who knows if any of there are right....I dont think they would ditch it..
[doublepost=1508196355][/doublepost]I know some people dont like it, but i need it. Need to calculate if i can leave without charging up a bit to last when i am out. You will never know how much you actually need it till its gone.... Sorta like my ex wife....lol

I do not like the % being shown but I feel I’m in the minority on that. I usually watch it like a hawk and start to worry my battery is bad. Then when I turn it off I use my phone like normal and realize my battery is just fine.

google.com works wonders..

People who roam (even just at times) and/or travel where different carriers might be involved might care.

the percentages are not high i assume. Its kinda pointless really but i already heard they are ditching it in the X anyways so we dont have to deal with it....

tbf, the carrier isn’t shown on the ear either

Steve Jobs would never have signed off on that ugly chunk out of the screen. My eye is continually dragged to it. Losing the % unless you are in control centre is yet another compromise Apple will try to push on people as a feature.

iOS defaults the percent off, always has. So of course you won’t see the percent in any promotional image. Apple always shows their devices as stock as it comes.

Won’t know for sure until they ship, but I’d wager that you don’t see the percent in images because it’s not a default option to be enabled.
