Because the wings objectively hold position better. It’s… the entire point of their existence. Just like Powerbeats with their huge ear hook objectively hold your ear better than the wings.Could you be more subjective? Even the regular AirPods never leave my ears when I run, or play basketball. The Pro's are obviously even better. If the shape of your ear doesn't work well with the Air Pods shape, don't assume that is the case for everyone.
You know, when I was in kindergarten I had an elastic rubber band connecting my little mittens so that I wouldn't lose them. It worked like a charm. Now did my mittens have a superior form factor, or whatever that fellow said? No.Because the wings objectively hold position better. It’s… the entire point of their existence. Just like Powerbeats with their huge ear hook objectively hold your ear better than the wings.
I passed on my AirPod Pro gen1's to my GF for the Beats fit Pro's; love the sound but they constantly fly out of my ears. I thought I was some anomaly, I'm relieved to know there's someone else who can't get them to stay in for the duration. I still flip back to my Powerbeats for the gym, everything else just flies out of my ears mid set!I sold my AirPods Pro gen1 for these and after 6months only the water resistance being official helps me. having tiny ears these flip out from the back just as easily as the AirPods Pro's would from any angle since the wingtips don't aggressively stay in my ear loops.
Beats Fit Pros have ear hooks.Could you be more subjective? Even the regular AirPods never leave my ears when I run, or play basketball. The Pro's are obviously even better. If the shape of your ear doesn't work well with the Air Pods shape, don't assume that is the case for everyone.
Also a completely obvious one, not requiring a reiteration.Beats Fit Pros have ear hooks.
Airpods Pros do not.
This is an objective fact.
