lol. i bought the bluebuds. idk im all confused. im sticking with my pdp universal as my skyping headset but i need a better wireless ones for use at night sleeping. well i got samething good i hope.hopefully they can withstand a 50mph wind on my bike.

The key with the Bluebuds is spending the time to really try and make them fit perfectly. Try all the buds and the variations and tune the wiring to be the right length. I'd recommend wearing them behind the head style because they fit so tightly that you can't even tell they're there. However, using the microphone won't really work as well for Siri but I hardly bother with microphones anyways. If you speak loud enough, it still works.
As for 50 MPH wind bike ride, no problem. I took mine through crazy events and even ran in a thunderstorm with them. Nothing. These things are unbelievable!
I'll take my $100 Sennheisers over those overpriced gimmicks any day.
And I've been moving towards preferring full sized cans, as anything inside my ears has become increasingly annoying in the last few years. Not sure if my ear geometry has changed or if I'm just more sensitive to stuff there.

I think it's less of jumping on a bandwagon and more of us being audiophiles. Just because we're on an Apple site doesn't mean we have to like everything that Apple as a company has cooperated with.
Put simply, Beats are overpriced headphones that do not produce the best sounds at the best value.

different brands will be better for different genres, without necessarily being better or worse as a brand.
For example, someone might not want a completely neutral sound. (i know i dont). Someone might want more pronounced lows. as much as I think sennheiser makes quality headphones, they only really have 1 or 2 models that aren't completely lacking in that area.

I never said that. I'm simply making a point. Beats aren't the best and I know that, but some people prefer style and to rub it in their face about how there are better headphones is just annoying.
i got the white bluebuds x -_- i wanted black but atleast they match my bike all black white and silver accents. i also got the triton pro pc somethings.. ive officially spent way too much on headphones
well the bluebuds x are great. the triton con be used to do both phone and computer if you know what you are doing. makes skype fun....
