Nah its ok.....my school isnt in a war zone where i need to be concerened about blowing up my computer
the surge is awesome, been using it for about 3 mos now, using it at med school so you can only imagine the books i have to put in there, plus it carries my 2010 mbp 15" very well, other thing i like about it is that it doesnt sag when it is not too full.. looks awesome too...

Thats hilarious but if u read my earlier post you would see that i already described my school...and that it is small and i know everyone so you wouldnt get away with stealing it.....and thats a brilliant comment...an amish school....that requires a laptop....go troll someone elses thread

If you really think because the schools "small and you know everyone" that no one will have anything stolen from them ever, I don't know what to say. I wish I was naive enough to believe that, I truly do.
As for the backpack, my honest opinion is that you'll look like a nerd. I know that sounds mean but it's true.

I disagree, I like it, but then again I kinda am a nerd, visiting mac forums and such.
I don't think you realize how small my school is its like 100 people per grade, and i dont have a choice, im not allowed to have a lock on my locker, school rules i cant do anything about it.
And im gonna look nerdy cause im carrying a backpack?....i have to carry a backpack for my laptop and books....did you have another idea?
I checked that one out, and the only thing is my books wont fit in it being that ill have several binders and textbooks.
the more stuff u have in ur backpack the mroe heavier its gonna be.
how many classes do u have a dayy? should be 2, at the most 3. (assuming ur in college)
maybe its because im from the ghetto, but in middle school things were always stolen.. small? 2 classes of ~30 per grade
