Best Buy is starting to piss me off.

I was 10-12th in line Friday the 11th. Manager comes out at 4:57pm and says they never received their shipment. But he knew what they were getting and handed out vouchers anyways. Names and phone numbers were put on them and promised to get a phone call the second they came in. I got a call 2.5 hours later from the store manager saying “still no shipment, we will keep in touch with you and let you know when you can expect it, i’ll be calling you tomorrow with more information” well, as you can guess I have not got a phone call yet today. So whatever, I know its not their fault the shipment never came, but I have a really bad feeling once they came in they sold them, and the people on the list will never get called.
 
I'm not even sure if they honor that reservation. They are not going to send a potential new customer away because the iPad is reserved. With the 100 deposit they have your business anyway so they sell the iPad and let you wait because you will definitely buy from them since you gave them your 100 bucks already.

I was offered the reservation by multiple best buys. All of which told me they could not guarantee when or even if they would receive in the model I wanted to reserve.

This is why I like to deal with apple directly.
