Has anyone ordered the rose gold 128gb 7 plus within the last week and had it ship already! I ordered mine on the 5th and hasn't shipped yet!
Which did you order?Finally! My order changed to preparing and can no longer be cancelled!
I find it interesting that you could get a jet black plus shipped in a day and now it is backordered until the end of November agaib
All the 128gb plus models show backordered till November 25th. They will ship sooner than that! When I ordered mine it said it wouldn't ship for at least another 3 weeks Nov 2 to Nov 11th and its already being prepared to ship 5 days later. I think this is best buys way of under promise and over deliver.
Agreed. I ordered when it said it would ship in a day. I feel like it was an error but who knows. Suppose to get it Wednesday. I called yesterday, and a shipping label has been created.

Is preparing a good thing? When I ordered last year through att, there statuses automatically went to preparing even if the ship dates were weeks out.
i don't know, first time ordering an iPhone through best buy. i called them this morning and asked if there's any delay that I'm not aware of and the representative told me that its ready to be picked up by UPS but they probably won't be able to since today is a holiday.
I don't really know how this holiday thing works with UPS but i checked on their website and its clearly stated that they will be working today.
finally got departure scan today.. paid for 2 day shipping but it's coming late now so BB refunded me shipping fees. my package still doesn't say when it's coming it just says "information unavailable but in transit" but UPS rep estimates wednesday. so annoyed.

yeah i got the same thing from best buy representatives about reimbursing me for the 1day shipping i paid. they still said that it will ship out today though. -.-
When I look up my tracking information on the ups website, it says "Tracking information is not available. Please try again later."

Mine has said shipped since last wed, and hasn't moved....
Cause it's coming from Florida and the hurricane
ugh that sucks. at least yours has a reason to not move... mine is coming from colorado... what's their excuse..
oh i called to ask about the same issue. the representative from best buy said that the package hasn't been picked up by UPS, which means its not en route, which means the tracking # is not valid.
Makes since. I would assume if they didn't have phones available for us, they wouldn't have the shipping label ready already.
Ordered a 32GB silver over the weekend but the order got stuck because the at&t authorization failed. Took care of that last night and it's supposedly free to ship today. And it better because I paid for overnight to get it tomorrow.

This isn't the first time that iPhones would be hard to find right after launch but I swear this is the worst that I have ever seen it for any phone., I'm about to give up on the iPhone 7 here in a minute. If this order doesn't go through and for some reason because of that verification failure I'm put on back order now I'm done. I'll give up for a while and revisit this in a month or two.
By the time the iPhone 7 pluses are in stores they'll be old.
