Why so literal?
I'd hope it would be obvious when someone says best Cydia tweak, they don't mean it literally. If it is obvious to you that there is no best tweak, then it's fair to assume that the person asking it knows as well. Was it a bad word choice, maybe, but only becuase it is going to incite a crowd of people who overreact about basically nothing. Honestly this reminds me of a moment in Parks and Rec [spoilers?] where the campaign sign didn't have the image, but the URL.

Any normal person would understand what is intended but if you take it literally then you just end up being a jackass.
There are literally thousands of videos, posts, etc. that claim that these are the "best Cydia tweaks". When I am looking for new Cydia tweaks I google "best Cydia tweaks" because I know that what will come up is a lot of nice tweaks. Sure most of them are repeats because people tend to feel the same (evident by a lot of the posts on here, it's not a bad thing of coarse) but it's a really good way to find new stuff.
Also, of coarse this question has been asked a million times! Time passes and new tweaks come out and a year ago if you asked for the "best cydia tweak" you would have gotten different tweaks, although probably still would have gotten the same dumb criticisms about the question.
It's a lot easier to just answer the question then to be an jackass.
My current favorites:
-JellyLockClock7 (don't change the minute color, it will crash your iphone and then you've gotta manually delete the pref files, or atleast I did)
-JellyLock7
-FlagPaint7
-SwipeSelection (can't function without it)
-Athena 2
-Flex 2 (because jailbreak detection is annoying as hell)
-Auxo 2
-Vertex is great too, but I love Auxo's Quick Switcher.
Hope you like them
