Best Day Planner app for OS X (El Capitan) AND iPhone (iOS 11)?

I'm looking for a new daily planner, not just a calendar or to-do list app. The closer to a screen version of a Day-Timer or Filofax book the better. If anyone is familiar with Opus Domini, I loved that one, but they stopped updating it and it died with OS 11. Also, I need it to sync across my iPhone and Macbook.
