Here's a question:

What is the difference between Toast 7 and Popcorn?????

I just got an InteliMac, does MacTheRipper work in Rosetta?

I want to burn commercial DVD's for backups, I assume the recommendation is MTR and Toast7/Popcorn?

Thanks

None. Popcorn has been integrated into Toast 7.

"Backups", yes, gotcha... :p ;) Yes, I always use MtR and Toast 7 myself. Handbrake is useful too if you want to rip to your HDD. Used to use DVD2OneX but not anymore...

Acutally it is not the same functionality but almost. Popcorn still has the bigger feature set but the basic functionality is the same.

Let me rephrase, what does Toast 7 Titanium have that popcorn doesn't? I mean, it's like 30 dollars more, so why shouldn't I just get popcorn?

Popcorn is designed for copying movies and DVDs, whereas Toast can copy anything - audio CDs, data CDs, ISOs, VCDs, bin/cue files, etc. etc. It's a much more comprehensive suite.
