there are several versions of incase iphone cases.. the slider is a hard plastic case witha high gloss finish. incase DOES also make a slilicone case as well...

I was refering to their silicone case... Check out the link I provided. It was NOT refering to their slider case. And I've also heard of that case scratching as well.

easy now, my mistake....

when you said discussed in the thread below I, for some reason, imediately thought about the post right before ours talking about the slider... not thinking about the link.

Sure thing...

But like I said before, anyone looking at getting the incase SILICONE case... avoid it. Just my 2 cents.

Anyone try the Matias iPhone case?

I think they look cool but am a bit hesitant - it looks kind of big. I emailed them about the swivel clip and actually got a real person reply back - same clip as the ipod case. The belt clip sticks out quite a ways.

new case

just got the artwizz seejacket - I was looking and looking... and somehow just not entirely convinced by the slider craze. 40$ for a case and I still need a shield or skin? IMHO that's crazy. especially if it scratches the back up and it looks it will. and I'm not sure about the hubbub over how sharp the edges are on this case. yeah they're not rounded, but so? i don't get it. I guess we'll see how it holds up - but for now, I ABSOLUTELY love it. It still looks like my phone, only I can feel a bit better about protecting the investment, you know? And it may get scratched over time, but that is kinda the point right? I want my case to get scratched up instead of my phone!!!

digging the seejacket right now. the touch sensitivity is great -as good as or better than with my invisible shield. and I feel like the phone is well protected without slipping it in and out of a case all daggone day. but if for some reason my new case doesn't work out, I'd still like to try the seidio innocase. And naked is still nice too!
