I have one of those Griffin ones, that cost like $15. They are relatively inexpensive, not too bulky and get the job done. It comes with a screen protector but mine got dirty in the process of putting it on so i ended up not using the screen thing.

hmmm. i just wanna be clear: it has a protected screen on the front that still allows you to do whatever with your finger through the screen, right?

if so, that's very cool. i wonder, then, what the difference might be between your product and Case-Mates?

looking forward to your reply.

Speck hardshell cases are the best looking and most durable of all the cases I've tried with my iTouch:

I bought the inCase Slider about a month ago from apple.com and have been very happy with it. It's very protective, fits great and after a while you barely remember that you have a case on it. My only issue though is that I recently noticed one of the rubber pieces inside the case (that holds the iPod in place) has been peeling off of the case. I rarely take the case off of the iPod (maybe 3-4 times since I've had it). I've emailed inCase to see what to do, but otherwise am very happy with my purchase

First off, the iPod Touch is not an iTouch. I find it so annoying that people keep calling it that. What about the iNano?

Case wise, I suggest the showcase. It's the one my local apple store suggested as a great buy and local best case or something. It works great and looks good. Buy it. It's around $30 .

hey, have you guys seen this product?

it looks pretty cool; the case is completely transparent and it covers the screen AND it will still function through the screen with your fingers doing the walking!

not a bad deal tho i'm not sure if it's any better than the case-mate product. seems identical.

contour showcase

The contour showcase isn't a bad case i got it and its pretty slim.
It's not as slim as the incase slider which is also very nice but it seems to protect the iPod.
It comes with a belt clip, and that was the deciding factor for me between it and the incase slider

I just got done putting my invisibleSHIELD on that I received this morning.

It was very frustrating trying to get it stuck on the corners, BUT I got it all on now and it looks very good

hey, a very important question: i presume that the shield (front) doesn't interfere with the finger interface? i mean, is there any noticeable difference (e.g., having to push a little harder)?

thanks. it looks like a great product.

No problems for me...]

I love this shield

Shouldn't affect it at all

looks interesting; i think it's just available in the UK.

one unique (i think) thing about it is that it has an "Integrated D-ring to attach the lanyard"

every suggested product in this thread will probably work well; it's just a matter of what the user is looking for and personal preference (leather vs silicone, clear vs colored, plastic vs rubber, full case vs back protection, etc.)

and here's a creative solution for those of you who have some sewing skills!

this gal made her own case using some material; maybe she skinned a rabbit?!?

I have a rubber soft case for my iPod touch, the make is "Exspect" it has lasted me for 10 months from scratches and problems
