Best Minimalistic iPhone X Case/Bumper?

I am not a big fan of cases and have tended to use my iPhones without a case or bumper. But that little voice inside my head is saying I need to do something. I did purchase AppleCare.

With that, any recommendations that doesn't completely obfuscate the phone? Was thinking of an Apple leather case, but would also consider a bumper. Thoughts?

I just ordered one. Glad someone else mentioned it. I prefer the minimalist look as well.

I would like to order it as well but I am concerned that many say it’s slippery. I don’t want to greater my chances of dropping it.

It's a little slippery for a case, but no more than a naked phone.

Amazon was about $14 paired with tempered glass 3D case. Still rocking Apple film on back until my glass back comes in. I'm happy with it right now. May invest in another more durable one later but I have insurance anyway.

Caudabe lucid clear is good but doesn’t have much of a front lip. Ringke fusion would be another option - bulkier but has more of a raised front lip.

What you mean by more durable? I'm looking into getting this case and it looks pretty sturdy. How was the fit?

I’ve got the Lucid Clear as well and am a big fan. Clear cases are always going to be slippery, otherwise they wouldn’t be clear. I’ve never had an issue with cases being slippery (maybe because my hands aren’t super dry?) so that’s not a problem for me. As far as minimalist clear cases go, tough to beat it.

I’ve used this adhesive gun grip tape on my last phone and now on the X. It adds a lot of extra grip with minimal extra bulk. And peels right off with no mess if you need to take it off.

These guys have a pretty thin plastic case. I went on a whim and got the lavender and I love it, keeps me safe from scratching the back and sides up, but It wont protect you from a fall, but it will protect the phone from slipping out of your hand, the rest is up to you! Also feels really nice in hand.
