Even with pocket dust all over these corners don't budge. Again, if installed properly, lifting is not an issue. I do this for people at work, friends, family, I even have an ad in Craigslist for shield installs(as part of my computer services and electronic services) not one person has come back to me having an issue of the skin coming off. I started doing this when the 3G released, so there has been PLENTY of time for complaints.

I just took these of my Iphone....

Like I said, at first it's a bitch, but with some patience and practice the Iphone skin is not hard and with the BSE cuts the corners are not too extreme at all.

Not trying to be an ass here, having done well into 30 of them, I feel comfortable saying that it's very doable, and lasts if done properly.

Just applied mine...a few notes...

While the application was not terribly difficult, I had to take it off once because I messed up, and about 5 or 6 pieces of dust in the air collected to the adhesive side, so my white iPhone has a few specs of dust between the back and the BSE. No big deal though. I'm leaving it on for however long it lasts and hopefully the second one I put on in the future will go more smoothly! It looks really great though! It covers the part of the iPhone that I'm most concerned about scratching. I think I may by a Sena or something soon instead of using it completely naked, just in case of drops. I love the way it looks/feels though!

Question- how long should I let it sit? I don't really have 24 hours to not have a phone! It's 5 here, so could I start using it again in the morning, say around 10 or 11?

I just applied mine!!!! I did a pretty decent job. A little blue fuzz is stuck on the back of my white iPhone, but not much. I noticed that there are some inconsistencies where the metal bezel is (some rough spots). Hopefully those will smooth out a bit. Also, I messed up the bezel just a little bit. The left side is slightly exposed in spots.

I ordered two BSE's thinking that I would screw up the first one. I'm keeping the first one on! I know that the bezel isn't 100% covered, but it looks amazing (and also took a lot of time to put on). I followed the directions and it's amazing! I'm loving the "naked" look of the phone. I was sick of the silicone case that I previously had.

I give BSE (and their customer support: SNAPPY!!) two thumbs up!

I just received and installed my simple back on the 3GS and it was easy despite having one speck of dust on the back.

I bought 2 of these, 1 back and 1 back wrap. I did the wrap first and had just the back for a backup. Install wasn't easy but wasn't hard. Looks great, feels great. and now I dont have to worry. (unless it turns yellow)

So after a couple of days of use, I took of my "Simple Back." I realized that I was babying the phone, unlike I do when I have a full case on it. Going out to parties, or dinner, or whatever, I feel like my iPhone needs to stay in my pocket because taking it out may end up in it dropping to the ground or something else bad that may hurt the phone. I like the freedom I have when a case is on to drop it onto a countertop or hold it in my hands when out instead of in my pocket. I bet a lot of you disagree, just though I would give my two cents. I must say though, that I loved how sometimes I forgot there was a skin on the back since it blended in so well. It's a great product if you are looking for truly minimal protection. I just need some more protection

Same here but I just left it on and see how it will fit into the Agent 18 EcoShield Slider. If it doesn't slide well, I'll remove it.

Love me some BSE. I have a belt holder for my iPhone, but other than my BSE skin, I use it naked. However, I do notice lint & slight lifting on the corners after several months of usage, so I just throw a new one on every couple of months.

I really like the idea of this simple skin. It'll be easier, and of course, no corners getting mucked up.

Although, can anyone tell me, will this play nice with a 2G iPhone? I imagine there shouldn't be any problems, but it could end up being just a tad big given that it's designed to cover the rounded back of the 3G/S. For those of you who have a simple skin, think it would work on my iPhone?

I was getting ready to purchase a Zagg or Bodyguardz and cut it up. This is better. Just ordered two from BSE.

I just screwed up 2 corners a bit trying to get my BSE out of the Feather. It's very tight but it'll go in OK. Wouldn't want to take it out though! Shoot. Feather just fits too snugly to pull this off IMO.

Just gotten this case today and so far loving it. Don't see what ppl are talking about with the buttons being so hard to press: they work perfectly for me. The only problem is the box didn't come with instructions so i have no idea how to take the case off (haven't really tried either cuz im not planning on taking it off anytime soon either). 9/10 for me
