When I ordered mine last month, I never got the shipping confirmation until the day after it was shipped. Had to check the order status online and they shipped my skin like, an hour or two after I ordered it.

I love BSE, been ordering from them for a while now. Used their stuff on the 3G, DS Lite, and PSP and they were all perfect. I prefer them over Zagg since it's much cheaper. It took 5 days to get to me though, but it's worth it.

Used BSE on my other iPhones and never had a problem whatsoever.

Sorry to hear that you're having a problem with them. Ignore the people that say "oh it's just $7". $7 is still $7. Not quite enough to tear down walls and cuss out their CS, but still. I'm sure they'll come through. Did you check your spam box?

Actually, I usually eat a granola bar for breakfast, a PBJ sandwich for lunch, and sometimes eat ramen for dinner. If I did that for two days in a row (which i've done), total cost would probably be less than $1 for six meals!

I agree with most - cut them some slack. You ordered over a holiday weekend.

I've purchased from them 4-5 times and I've never had an issue.
