Purosol lens cleaner works incredibly well, guys with high end optics use the stuff because it won't damage the coatings on their expensive lenses. It's all natural also.

I would assume such a cloth would come for the iPad as well.

Too bad, too, since a microfiber cloth with an embossed Apple logo came with the original iPhone but was dropped after that.
