Thanks but I am talking about a app that doesn't show YouTube ads.

It really depends what you expect from a YouTube app.

Two very nice third party YouTube apps are YouPlayer (free, with in-app option) and ProTube for YouTube (2,99 dollar, no ads) which both support Picture in Picture, Slide Over and Split View functionality.

Thats the thing with youtube lots of ads but if you are willing to $9.99 per month you will get youtube red which is ad free.

I found a bug when I go to view a certain YouTube video I get this error:

"You do not hae permission to access the requested resource. Try the alternative player."

When I click Try the alternative player I then get this error:

"This video contains content from WMG. It is restricted from playback on certain sites. Watch on YouTube."

It use to work fine.
