oh,can i purchase this unlocked device from Bestbuy online store?
cause when i choose Verizon iphone into my package, there's an option "buy an unactivated device",is this one unlocked version? the price is $50 more than apple store,

Yes it is unlocked. You can try and call Best Buy's 800 # (if you're ordering it online) and see if they'll match it (they may just let you order with them). Press the fact that you're getting it without a contract, and paying the full retail price (they'll tell you that they don't price match contract phones; thing is you're not getting a "contract phone" since you're not signing a contract). You need to do it before/while ordering, as they will not price match after the fact.

If it's the full price device + $50 at Best Buy, then yes.

Verizon's version (regardless of where you buy it) is unlocked period. Sprint is locked to Sprint (they will unlock it after 90 days ONLY for carriers outside the US; so Sprint's version works ONLY on Sprint in the US, no T-Mobile, AT&T, etc). The others (AT&T and T-Mobile) I believe are locked (to some degree, and can be unlocked after a # of days), but carriers such as Sprint and Verizon won't activate those on their network as they don't activate devices who's IMEI's are not in their database .
