It so upsetting to see how Best Buy is royally screwing up while Apple has PLENTY of watches to be picked up TODAY. I paid in full for the watch, I can't cancel it right now, and I don't have another $800 just hanging around. Never ever buying from them, they are so full of $#!T!!!!!
did you get the same email?

Now it says I won't get it until the 27th at the latest? Not even shippped yet. Spent 16 hours in "packaging".

It's obvious they didn't have enough inventory, but why not communicate to those that are impacted prior to release? Shoddy business tactics.

Anyone that did order a order
this morning for Best Buy in store pickup and carrier related , did you get a call wanting to pre activate ? I said would do it in store since I was hesitant to provide my AT&T passcode to a incoming call

I wonder if all these are UPS shipments? Mine seemed smooth with FedEx. It looked like all of Oklahoma's and N. TX came into Best Buys distribution center in Ardmore, OK. Then FedEx picked them all up and distributed them out of N. TX overnight.

I can confirm all watch bands fit and mag safe duo works without any adjustment made.

When I ordered it was 'get it on release date', now it has gone from packaging to delayed to shipping and will arrive by OCT 6 via fedEx. BB stinks for pre-orders. If you cannot deliver on the date promised then don't say you can. If only a few orders came up like this I'd say it's just a glitch but it seems like a lot of folks are getting the same treatment.

Took 47 minutes on phone with Best Buy activation team to clear issue and then my pickup at Best Buy was ready . (Got both text and email notification ) . Just picked up the watch at Best Buy and will set it up when I get home in a few hours . Ty

I'm sure I'm not the only one following up on why my pre-order was delayed. I've been waiting for 30 mins already by the way ...

Mine has been in transit (sitting at same FedEx facility as yesterday). Still says delivery for today….yeah right lol.
FedEx screwed up my iPhone delivery last week when they delivered it 50 miles from my house at FedEx store without my authorization and now with the Watch.
I really was hoping BB would had used UPS in my area.

Just a heads up, I finally got through to BB. It appears my delayed shipping is due to a mobile activation issue, which of course I was not made aware of as NO ONE from BB either called, texted or emails me about this.

Now the long wait to get this resolved over the phone again ..... sigh

Do you need number for the activation line or are
You set ?

I just got a final shipping notification to my phone that my order is shipped and my tracking number is updated and it will be here by Monday. I guess now I can rest easy knowing this. Hope everyone that are having issues gets these kind of updates to their orders.

I picked up an AWUltra at my local Apple Store as I returned my iPhone 14 PM

I will return the BB order since it shipped while I was enroute to pick up my Ultra

I didn't pre-order at Apple or BB and was able to purchase one in-store this morning. My local store showed only one with the green trail band so I bought it. I went back and searched on their site after completing my purchase and they showed no availability so I may have gotten the only one they received.

BB worked out for me - my original order from Apple would not have been here for almost two more weeks. Best Buy delivered my Orange Alpine Apple watch at 5:45 PM today. Came charged to 88% and I’m more than pleasantly surprised. I know the screen is only slight larger but the flat screen, brightness subjectively seems better - and more legible to my aging eyes. Size wise, only seems ever so slightly larger on my 175mm wrist (have the Medium Alpine) and weight difference is negligible from my 7. Alpine band is comfortable and light, no problem with the “G” hook. Even shifting my cellular service to this via the Watch app was easy and painless - full setup in less than 10 minutes from opening.

Overall very happy - and my wife tried on - she now wants even with her small wrist.

Finally after such a stressful week my Orange Alpine Ultra is in the hands of UPS. It is scheduled for a Monday delivery, but it was sent UPS Next Day Air Saver so I’m hoping I get it tomorrow, but I’m not going to hold my breath.

Mine left Georgia 24 hours ago and no updates. I’ve lost all hope
