Got a tracking number for UPS and it says delivery Saturday. Question, does UPS require a signature When shipping occurs from BB? Previous apple store orders did require a signature, but checking UPS app it says nothing about signature required.

You can release. Download the app and sign up for the free My Choice. It’ll let you release it

I have the My Choice UPS app and no where on it is a “signature requred” or a “release” button? Looks like any other package I receive normally from UPS with no signature required.

no signature required for mine from BB. Was just sitting by my front door when I got home this afternoon.

I have a delivery date for tomorrow even though I paid extra to get it today

Hope it came today mine still says departed from Georgia over 11 hours ago so like I said looks like they are taking their time. This is cutting it close because Monday night I take my flight out for Chicago for work and I won't be back until Christmas Eve. So I guess its perfect timing, but if I have to delay my flight until it gets here I will lol I am not leaving without it. Three months is too long for it to just sit here at my home in the box, even though I randomly come back to Minneapolis for work, but knowing my luck if it is sitting here I will randomly be going to other states for work and I won't get back home until its time to come home🤣

It so upsetting to see how Best Buy is royally screwing up while Apple has PLENTY of watches to be picked up TODAY. I paid in full for the watch, I can't cancel it right now, and I don't have another $800 just hanging around. Never ever buying from them, they are so full of $#!T!!!!!

This is my experience with Best Buy as well. I learned my lesson after the M2 MacBook Air release. Do NOT preorder Apple products from them in the future, unless you get the option for in store pickup.

I won't even do it with in store pick up. I had that option for the 13 Pro Max and got left in the cold when it never arrived. The only reason I order stuff from there now is I am a TTM and all apple products are covered for free, but I may end my membership after this disaster!

I don’t blame you one bit. They’re certainly unreliable, but I did test it with the new AirPods Pro v2 & was able to pick them up yesterday in-store with no issues, but I definitely understand where you’re coming from. I’ll be sticking with Apple direct from now on if I can help it.

I was smart and ordered my AirPods Pro v2 from Apple and got them exactly the day it was suppose to come. I agree though I am sticking with ordering from Apple direct. Had I not preordered the Watch I could have walked in the morning and got store pick up as my model was in stock. Enjoy your watch the new AirPods are killer!

After all the stuff I went through last week, and then to find out that my watch was delayed and finding out that I was not getting it on launch day, I get the update I wanted. It didn't stop there though as I had to sit and watch it go from state to state through the weekend and sit at a UPS for an hour away from me for 28 hours. I get up this morning and see it was at a UPS warehouse down the road from me. If I don't want to wait for something to come to my house I go to the warehouse and the lady always lets me pick my things up. At 7:30 this morning I finally had the box in my hand. I got home and set it up. It was worth every damn minute! I love it!

I see their trucks occasionally so I think they are an overflow delivery company for busy periods. Yes, am supposed to get it on the 23rd. Keeping the faith until proven otherwise! I have driven the route its supposed to take very recently and I have my doubts.

Mine did turn up first thing Friday the 23rd, just before I had to hop a flight to the UK for 3 weeks at short notice too!
