Who knows, though? It's anyone's guess.

No Beta 3 isn't out, and today is 2 weeks after the release of beta 2. They are supposedly keeping a 2 week schedule for beta releases, so we'll see.

It shouldn't matter because 5 hours later in UK is also going to be the same 5 hours later in the USA when the software releases. Just different times in their respective time zones. (I'm using 5 as an example, I don't know the actual release time)

Now let's say someone was going off central time, it's currently 9:22, oh look. 3 hours till 12.

I think some of you really need to use the World Clock function of your iPhone. I would suggest that if you can't tell time, subtract or add 3 or 4 or 5 hours from a current time and don't know what a time zone is that maybe installing a beta on your phone might not be the smartest idea.
