Beta 3 will be out EXACTLY when it is ready no matter what time zone..

Beta 2 was released at 10AM Pacific. 1PM eastern. I know because I got it at 1:30 Eastern.

That's because beta 1 came out after the keynote. Beta 1 was not released at 1PM Eastern. The keynote started at 1PM so it'd be stupid if they released the beta when they keynote started.

In Cupertino, it's currently 8:45 AM. Beta 3 should launch in about an 1 hour and change.

It's 10 AM mountain time
It's 11 AM central time
It's noon Eastern time


If the beta comes out today, it will likely be released in one hour

IF there's a beta update today then it will be at 18:00 here in the UK which is 47 mint yes from now. Updates normally always come in at that time in the UK via Apple. If not this Monday will be next Monday at 18:00.
