The people who aren't reporting bugs to Apple and are using the beta illegally are the people who created hundreds of threads here crying about how a beta isn't working properly.

You assume. (probably right...but still...a complaint about their complaint isn't helping things)

If people are insisting on using the beta (legally or not) the least they could do is have the autosend crash logs to apple turned on.

+1 that's interesting to know. So basically Apple already knows about most of the bugs mentioned. I'm not really a developer but why do companies release betas with known bugs in, just to get things out quicker? If they would fix all their known bugs before releasing the beta it would make things a lot more fun for simple users who just want the latest features as soon a possible. :p

If the beta didn't have bugs, it wouldn't be beta. The point is to give developers time to fix issues with compatibility before they release it. The only way to do that is artificially delay the release of the software (not a good idea), or release it before it is ready as a beta to developers who can put up with some pain for a couple days to find compatibility issues.

Taking of bugs, as a BB user looking to move back to iphone when the 5 (or 4s) is released with IOS5, do you think it would be a wise choice to get a phone striaght away with iIOS5.0, or wait till possible bugs are ironed out? I missed the iphone 4, but how did IOS4 go on release?

-32 now...

This is definitely top contender for worst thread of the year award.

The Speck Candyshell does indeed have amazing protection. I was texting back and forth with my friend about some important information and I was getting extremely pissed off. Out of anger I whipped my phone as hard as I could at my wall. (Obviously regretting that idea the second I did it) I dented the drywall, and nothing at all happened to my phone/case. I have a little tiny mark on my case. But it didn't even dent it.
