I expect the iPhone 5 will have the same 512MB of RAM. iPhone 6 will have 1 Gig for sure.
That would not be good at all. If they put the A5 dual core chip, and stay with 512 MB of RAM, the phone would be even slower than the iPhone 4. They need to bump that part if they want the RAM to keep up with the processor and not lagg the phone.
