I am a OneDrive user with two accounts, having two instances of OneDrive running. It's been working great from Mojave on, up until now. I had two OneDrive icons in the menu bar, and could access either instance in finder.

Just wrapped up the 11.6 upgrade, and upon reboot, I can only run one OneDrive instance. Either account can log in OK, I just can't seem to have them both on at once. I only see one account in the OneDrive preferences window, and if I try to add another one, the window just disappears. Anyone else in this boat with me? Any suggestions?

I am in the same boat as you. Don't uninstall and reinstall OneDrive. I did that and now I can't add any accounts back to OneDrive.

Same issue for me as well after updating to 11.6. I cannot run more than one instance of OneDrive. I normally have three running, but now I can only run one at a time.

I can confirm the same behavior, initially only saw one of my two running instances of OneDrive, after trying to uninstall OneDrive and now I can't log into either OneDrive account. :(

As a workaround, use Commander One Pro (from the App Store). Very old fashioned looking but is fine for drag and drop of files and folders to and from multiple OneDrives, GoogleDrives, etc.

While I do appreciate this as a workaround, I prefer not to spend $30 on my workaround. But for those who already have it, great to know this workaround exists.

That said, Transmit (which I have a license for) supports OneDrive as well!

Do other advanced FTP clients offer such support?

Same experience for me. Can also confirm that uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. Fortunately, I didn't get around to updating my second computer to 11.6 before I noticed the problem on the first computer.

I'm having the same issue, but OneDrive won't let me switch between my Work and Personal Account, it will only load the Personal Account. How are you switching between them?

Also a side note, after the first reboot on macOS 11.6 a folder that was selected as Online only synchronised offline. I had to manually make it online again.

i'm having the same issue too. I try anything but fail. It only can load my personal account to use onedrive.

Same here.

FWIW, it's still possible to run both Work and Personal OneDrive accounts on IOS 14.8. Hopefully, this is only an issue isolated to MacOS.

Edit: I logged out of my personal and logged into my Work OneDrive. Looks like we can only have one or the other for the time being.

Same here. Can't add my business account (window will not open). Private account is available.

So the issue is because of the new updated. I just did a remote control with Microsoft support help. Nothing work. We've done everything. The agent told me that it's probably a bug with the new update (MacOs bigSur 11.6) I'll have to wait for the bug fix. Nothing they can do right now.

Same problem here. On my iMac, I can only log into my work account and on the MacBook Pro, I can only log into my personal account.

EDIT: I have sent a message to Microsoft support. I will let you know if I hear from them.

Same here ! I uninstalled OneDrive, reinstalled it and cannot log into any of my business accounts : you click on business/school account and it crashes (the log show "...tried to register for endpoint "com.microsoft.SkyDrive" already registered by owner..."). I even reinstalled office after removing it clean : no joy. In short : no access to any business data ... Great .... Not like I was using these for work ...

Same here. I have tried everything under the sun and the furthest I can get is entering my email and password. Then the App just dies. Most of the time it simply disappears after I enter a login email address.

Edit: I can now login to a personal OneDrive account, but attempts to add business accounts still result in the login screen simply disappearing.

I have the same problem, I had 2 business accounts and one personal. after the update only my personal would come up.

I found that if I unliked the mac from my personal account I was able to log in to the business accounts but one at a time. I hope it helps until Apple resolves the issue.

Getting this here also and was pulling my hair out. My fall back is I have both my personal & work OneDrive accounts connected to my Parallels VM, so I've been using windows explorer in Coherence mode.

Wasted my time a bit today ;-).

1. I reinstalled the Apple Store version - didn't work
2. I installed the latest version from Microsoft - 21.170.XXXXX - didn't resolve anything
3. Opted-in for the insider preview version - 21.175.XXXXX - no luck

So installing/reinstalling was just a waste of time ... at least for me.

I can choose either my work or personal. I use the "unlink this mac" link on the account tab, then I can log in with the other account. Sorry it isn't working for you.
