I dont know why everyone wants to change perfection. They should never change it ever. 3.5 is the perfect size if anything its to big.

That thing is HUGE! Tablet much?

is that a surfboard in your pocket or are you just happy to see me.

Video of that iPhone5 concept;

This was rumored to be the iPhone5, it was a full mockup done by an engineer who said he had spec's and detailed drawings on the next iPhone. It has a 4" screen, and he said side by side to an iPhone4 it was just slightly wider, and a hair taller, but was thinner. Still smaller than most new Android phones he said.

Here's hoping it is the iPhone6 this Summer ( will be named iPhone6 for being 6th generation iPhone + iOS6 )

Ya that would be great, if they release a year old tech iphone 6 as a new phone. Now thats cutting edge

Different strokes for different folks. Why can't Apple offer choice at least ? Keep one at 3.5" and make a larger 4.3" and sell them both side by side with all same spec's and OS, just a higher pixel count on the 4.3" model, but still give same exact % as the 3.5".

Wow not the point I was making. I have a cellphone to be mobile not to be a tablet. Now don't get me wrong my tablet is mobile but not something a carry around all the time like my phone. I would rather not have trouble pulling a phone in and out of my pocket. And as to my iPad that's never in my pocket so it's a null issue. Buy the way I know you were trying to be funny but please think before you post.

omg who kept their small sense of humor in their pocket along with their tiny iphone? :D

Listen dude....nothing wrong with having a big screen iphone and a 3.5" one!

I love it when people want only 1 size iphone....it must be the indiciveness, i mean after all, apple does decide for us

I don't care anyway.ill stick to my iPhone 4s for at least 2 more years. This phone is PERFECT. I don't need anything more!

You gotta love the title of the thread and the poll choices. Apparently, if you think the current iPhone is nice as-is you are a cry baby.

May I suggest a good book to read OP? Try reading "How to win friends and influence people." It has some good tips for you.

Yeah, it's not much of a poll, if the pollster is biased.

New poll: Does Android have a good spell checker? :)

Would a bigger screen not just screw up the 'retina' resolution, it would in effect be a lower resolution? (bigger pixels etc). That's if they left the resolution as t was.

If they changed the resolution there would have to be a bit of fragmentation in the apps wouldn't there?

Unless they had a fancy bit of software that scaled it all correctly.

I wonder if bigger handsets with bigger screens are more liable to damage when dropped? A bigger body might mean it would flex as it hit the ground cracking the glass. I don't know. I know the Dell Streak was notorious for screens breaking easily. That was maybe just a design flaw with that one handset though.

Would be nice if apple could have different size screen options but we know that they probably won't. Either it will stay the same or get bigger

No I guess we don't but I am just looking at what Apple has done in the past.....

Fair enough.

Looking at the competition though, what is windows apollo going to offer? What will android 5 offer?

It just makes me think about what apple has to do to keep up regardless if they are one of the most competitive out there. The new features added to mountain lion are only a small taste to come. iOS 6 will adopt a good amount of true coming OSX features....it has to if it wants to have smilar functionality of windows appollo.

This is my prediction however, apple is not always late to the game...they usually first.

You forgot to add "I'm silly for making another screen size thread on Macrumors" response... which is of course the correct answer to this poll. Add that on and I'll vote in your poll.

It's time for a larger screen or at least the option of one.

Wirelessly posted

What kind of ****** questionnaire is this?!?!?!
A. Crap
B. More crap
C. Pile of crap
D. Garbage

Seriously dude, WTF!

Not gonna happen.

Jobs' position on the iPhone screen size was very clear, and Cook shares it.

3.5" is perfect. I'm going to keep my 4S for a while, but if they increase the screen size, I will keep my phone until AT&T starts deploying 850/1900 LTE (thus reducing spectrum available for HSPA+), or until HSPA+ becomes too congested, and I need 700/AWS LTE. I'm lucky that I'm in the position of having consistently great AT&T performance in my area, and LTE is a ways out for us.
