Depending on weather where you are at, go camping for a weekend, and make sure to plan everything out (food, etc) and enjoy a relaxing weekend/evening/night/however long away from things.

We stayed in a Tuscan farmhouse with full kitchen for 250€ (for 7 days). I think it's time to go back. I could cook at week for her and we could sit outside and enjoy the weather (which must be better than Germany right now.)

A good tent is always nice, plus you can profit from it as well.
Depending on your / her experience, you could also take her to a trip to the Alps. Spring is a good season to climb some of the high summits.

Since you already got her some stuff, I humbly suggest doing something for or with her. I once went nuts in the kitchen with a full home cooked meal with the works and a nice table setting, and she was way excited (I usually loathe cooking). Something like this or a nice outing with a card and some flowers would probably go over very well.
