I love reading the comments from people who say they refuse to pay for a subscription that includes ads. I mean, more power to you, but there was a time when we all paid hundreds of dollars a month to the cable companies to get constant ads and garbage stations (and many still do). Even before that (and still) we paid hundreds of dollars on TV sets to watch TV shows with ads over the air. This is really no different. Don't think of it as paying for ads...think of it as paying for the privilege of using your mute button and getting up to pee once in a while.
Sort of....when I paid for cable there were no ads for the movie channels aka Max, Showtime, Starz etc. But yes I am spoiled with the lack of wanting to pay for a streaming service w ads. Oh well, they created this monster. LOL

they tried to renew me at full cost today so I called them and got a refund of $18 and now will resubscribe with this deal
You can’t have been subscribed within the past month so I’m unable to get the deal. Hopefully you had better luck and timing.

I know a lot folks are saying there is no Ad-free deals, but the Paramount + with Showtime for $2.99 a month for 2 months is actually Ad-free.

Other Ad-free deals I found through our Prime account:

AMC + Ad-free two months $2.75 a month

Starz Ad-free two months $2.75 a month

Our family is binge watching all 3 for the next two months before cancelling.

FYI if you have T-mobile you can get the Ad tier of Netflix for free, we have the Ad-free tier which comes with discount off the normal price. Apple TV is also free for 6 months in older plans but in newer plans it’s included. You can also get a free Hulu w Ad’s for 12 month for free

Max usually gives the best discounts around April. Last year, you could get the annual Ad-free tier for $110.99.

Happy deal hunting!

So many commenters don't understand that content creators also need to get paid. Just like this site has advertising and needs to get revenue when they can provide links to retailers... they are doing it to get paid. They aren't doing it all just to entertain you for free. Just like I assume most of you don't just do everything you do for free. [rant over]
It's not free though - it's a subscription! So we are "paying" twice for the service.
