Just a couple things....

I finally watched Forgetting Sarah Marshall (also unrated/extended) a couple of weeks ago. So is the core difference with the unrated version that he shows off his penis what... like eight separate times? :p Would be the movie I grab the first time I try to take my Eee to watch a movie on the train. Had to nix that plan fairly quickly. Good movie, though. :D

This one has more to do with the fact that I have the day off than the fact that it's black Friday. But I did buy it today, so it qualifies.

gas for the car!!! and what a deal!!!

I filled it up for less than $30. Just a couple of months ago it took almost $60 to fill it up!

My mom and I bought 2 iPod nanos, 1 for my dad, and 1 for my brother.
And she also got Apple TV for me, for christmas. :)

yay apple black friday sales in canada! :apple:

I work at Sears so I went in at 4am this morning and worked until 4pm. I am one of the few people that enjoy working black friday because it is sorta fun.

I read on Gizmodo today about a Wal-Mart employee who was trying to keep the crowd back before store opening and ended up getting trampled to death.

It is scary to see how mad people get when the thing they want is not in stock.

I actually haven't even seen the whole thing yet, I really want to see the ending! So which one do you think is better, the regular or unrated one?

Yeah, it might have been a little awkward watching that on a train lol...

I bought my dad a 20" iMac at the Legacy Village Apple Store. Huge crowds, not a nice experience but I'm only home for a few days so this is when I have time to shop. He's been limping along with a 300MHz clam shell iBook for years now and it was high time for him to get something new!

I also picked up an 1894 M91/30 to add to my rifle collection.

Not one damn thing! I left the house with the intention to go to the gym and then shop. Well, I went to the gym only to find it closed (holiday hours ). Then I reach in my pocket and realize that I left my bank card at home and I've only got $15 in cash on me. Dammit! So I bought some juice at Whole Foods and came back home.

I bought 3 12pks of diet coke, 1 12pk of coke, 5 yogurts, 5 cans of pineapple, some garlic bread, chocolates and some brocolli bites.

i bought a dvd/vcr recorder combo, dvd's to burn and a cd case to hold them all in to finally get done a task we put off for a while, which is getting our old vhs tapes over to dvd before they go bad (many of them are getting close to 20 years old, and may start to rapidly deteriorate), and i didn't leave my house for it, first time in a while i haven't gone out for black friday.

my folks bought a 37 inch hd ready tv for the living room, but no hdtv as of right now however.

Pizza. No discount, just pizza.
I did however see a 10% off everything in the store at this golf store I went to last week. I called the store and they're refunding me 10% off my purchase which was $86 so that is nice. That'll buy coffee for a week!

I went to the Apple store with the intention of looking at a new macbook for my fiance and walked out with a 24" LED Cinema Display for myself. It's beautiful.

Oh yeah, and Indiana Jones Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls and Cloverfield on bluray...
