My iPhone 5 came with a small chip on the right hand part 3/4 of the way up! I was on the cellphone to the apple company and within 1 time I obtained alert that my alternative device had been shipped! Not satisfied with the destruction, however, well satisfied with celery aftercare!! I think the destruction is brought on by it that maintains the cellphone in the develop procedure.

Could someone translate this into English?

I had an original TiBook G4. It never had a scratch on it. Why would a laptop ever get scratched? What the hell are people doing with their laptops, tossing across the counter on their cover? Putting them in their toolbox? Leaving them on the floor? They should be pulled from a laptop bag/sleeve , used, then put back.

I dont have a scratch on my Retina Pro, My iPad 2 or my White iPhone 5.. Simply cause I avoid scratching them..does not mean they are scratch proof.. Thats the Point I was making.. they will scratch if Mishandled..

You're contradicting yourself.

What if your 4 wasn't in good shape after 1 week of common-sense use? That's the complaint.

No, I'm not. Common sense is not common at all, as most people emote what they want to be true rather than understanding what is true. I would be equally upset if I opened the box and it was scratched in the box, but that's a different issue. I keep my phone in my pocket with nothing else. I don't set it on any hard surface when I put it down at home - I put it on a magazine, or on top of my ipad cover when I charge it or whatever. Common sense to me is understanding material properties regardless of what commercial product or substance you are dealing with and acting accordingly. To do otherwise is just stupid. Now, my old ipod nano with the plastic screen got all scratched up with the same care which was a bit of a surprise, but I didn't go crying on the internet about it, I just decided I wouldn't be buying any more soft plastic screened ipods unless there were material improvements - which they did eventually. Vote with your wallet, and make sure to contact Apple about it and file a complaint with them. Whipping up the ignorant for a lawyerfest serves noones best interest except the lawyers only to prove you are "right" and everybody else is "wrong"... Lame.
