Let's just get to it:

So I've been experiencing some screen flickering when my Mac switches between the integrated and discreet GPU on my 2015 15" Pro.
I found a video that illustrates the problem perfectly:
However the flickering is, occasionally, more sever on my machine.
Especially while browsing the web, suddenly my screen goes completely black for half a second, and sometimes flickers a couple of times more afterwards as well.

Taken in relation to the screen static upon wake up that I mentioned here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/weird-screen-glitch-rmbp15-2015.1894082/
Should I contact Apple and ask if they could take a look at it or is this just normal?

Note that there is no Genius Bar I can consult in this country :p

Try booting from another drive if you have one... if not, re-install OS X using the restore feature. If still occurring, contact Apple.

I don't see this as an issue. One, it didn't do that to him every time. Two, he is switching between GPU's. It has do to a hand-off and migrate the flow of graphical data from one chip to another. Its not going to be switching constantly but if it really bothers you contact Apple Care. Ill check my 15MBP later and let you know if it does the same thing.

I have the same issue. Mid 2015, 2.8Ghz, 16GB, 1TB. It only happens when the resolution is set on 1680x1050 and 1920x1200 :/ Same issue in El Capitan Beta 5

I've tried switching GPUs with different scaling options now, and the screen flickers on all settings.
I must admit to being a little paranoid, a Mac is a bit of an investment and I dread the thought of hardware failure.
But, I don't think this is a problem.
Makes sense that the process of switching GPUs would entail slight graphical artefacts.
It certainly isn't interfering with my usage in any meaningful way.

Don't know for sure.
The person who posted the video I linked to says that the flickering disappeared after upgrading to OS X 10.10.4.
So maybe?
