iPhone 7/Plus Blocked phone numbers

i have a long list of blocked numbers on my phone.

1. Is there a way to create a list somehow from this?
2. How can I transfer these blocked numbers when I switch phones?

I just assumed they were backed up with iCloud/iTunes backups. https://forums.imore.com/icloud/313715-will-blocked-phone-numbers-saved-icloud.html seems to indicate that it is, though this isn't an authoritative source.

As long as you have your phone backed up (encrypted) via iCloud, your phone list will transfer to a new phone.

1. I put them in a Contact entry labeled SPAM - and it's blocked ... When I get a new call from someone who warrants permanent blocking, I add them to the SPAM entry.
2. When I migrate to a new device, my Contacts come along with the backup/restore (including the SPAM contact).

This is actually a very good idea.
