as stated already ... assign a silent ringtone ... set text to none ... then just ignore

Which is a nice idea if your phone is sitting idle in your pocket or otherwise not in use, but it's distracting (to say the least) if you're in the middle of using it when they call.

This really is a setback in ATT in my opinion. Not that I have a lot of people who I would want to block but in the rare case it would be useful.

It is not just AT&T, it is some of their hardware.

My SG2 allows me to block any number with no problem and I am on AT&T.:rolleyes:
