I will tell you that you can conduct an Ultra Sound, it's called the Butterfly iQ3. It's a compact, handheld ultrasound device that connects to a smartphone or tablet via the Butterfly app. It uses a single probe capable of performing multiple imaging modalities, including abdominal, cardiac, vascular, and musculoskeletal scans
Well, licensed healthcare professionals and medical students can, but they won't sell one to a layperson.

I'm finding that with the lack of notable updates and no improvements to battery life my blood pressure is tending to rise. As to self colonoscopies apple is doing that to extract every last cent they can from minimal updates.

I just really don't think this is going to pop. Just seems like a nice rumor to propagate, which is fine. I'll be happy if I'm wrong, but the supply chain and main insiders haven't said anything definitive, as far as I can tell. When they say "May not be ready', probably means just that.

I also don't think that Apple will introduce blood pressure measurement today. New (but ofc old) SoC called S11, 5G RedCap, maybe a few pixels more on Ultra 3 plus one or two exclusively watch face, if any... and that's all folks.

I was wrong I guess. Hmmm. I don't like watching those presentations, as it's like one long annoying commercial, so I'll wait and see :D ( actually it IS a commercial, not 'like' one)

As an Apple Ultra 2 (Black) wearer, I was extremely unimpressed by the Ultra 3

The screen is so-ever-slightly larger. Blood pressure monitoring is not consistent, so when it spikes, you are not immediately informed. I await the day when wearable technology gets to that point.

What do you get? 2-4 more hours of battery life over the Ultra 2?

I'll wait till next year

6h more, actually. Faster charging, too. Plus 5G and satellite SOS. And the screen is not only (slightly) bigger, but also (slightly) better (brighter from an angle, 1 Hz refresh, i.e. ticking seconds for the always-on watch faces).

U2 —> U3 is certainly a bigger upgrade than S10 —> S11.
