I picked up my XS Max on launch day and for about 2 months I was getting staticy audio when playing music at the highest volume. Last month I took it into the Apple store, they diagnosed it, and replaced the screen and speaker. One month later I'm having the same issue.

Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me? Are these speakers not able to withstand audio at it's highest volume setting? I'm trying to figure out if I got 2 dud speakers or if I should limit my volume on my phone.

I never turn up my volume to 100% unless it's FaceTime. Use headphones or a speaker.

My question would be, do you play your audio _all_ the time at the loudest peak volume on the iPhone?

I would return to a Genius Bar and ask for a new phone. If nothing else, get the speakers replaced again.

I put my volume up to 100% all the time, for music, movies, etc.... Sometimes I will be across the room, or the kids are being too loud, or I'm in the bathroom and the phone is all the way on the other side on the counter, etc.... Anyhow haven't had any issues with the speaker so far.
