I'm looking for some bluetooth earbuds that sit over the earhole like the stock Apple earbuds that come with the iphone. It seems like all the third party ones I see have the type that actually slide into your ear canal and make a seal but I don't want this. Any recommendations? Ideally I'd like one with a rigid connector like this http://www.amazon.com/Iwoo-Wireless-Bluetooth-Headphone-Earphone/dp/B00GJFZSJS but without the earbuds that go into the ear canal.

Edit: To clarify further here's two images, I want earpieces that sit over the ear hole like these apple stock earbuds: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD827LL/A/apple-earpods-with-remote-and-mic and not the ones that have the silicone cover meant to slide into your ear like the premium apple in-ear headphones like these https://www.apple.com/ipod/in-ear-headphones/

Technically earbuds DO go into the ear canal. You're looking more for headphones / ear pods.

Check out the Kinivo BTH240 headphones. $25 on Amazon. Probably not for an audiophile but they work well for bluetooth listening when you don't want the isolation of ear buds. I've used them a bunch when running.

I have these. They look like they fit into the ear canal, but they really don't, they sit right on the outside of it.

What are the little black pieces sticking out for? How do they work? I have a pair that are in the canal. they're not terrible at all but I futz with them quite a bit sometimes.

Based on the Amazon link you referenced I think you should check out the plantronics backbeat fit. They are similar to what you had linked to but the earbuds fit like regular Apple earbuds (non-isolating). The only downside is the lime green colors.

No, not ones that sit over the whole ear. Here is a clarification, I want earpieces that sit over the ear hole like these apple stock earbuds: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD...remote-and-mic and not the ones that have the silicone cover meant to slide into your ear like the premium apple in-ear headphones like these https://www.apple.com/ipod/in-ear-headphones/. One sits right over the ear hole while the other you actually shove into the ear to get it to hold.

Since the bud itself doesn't go into the ear canal, the little gizmos that stick out (they are very soft and flexible, by the way) keep the buds sitting properly over the ear canal. Forgive my VERY poor paint drawing, but they fit in the area I've outlined in black. Again, very soft, so not uncomfortable.

Thanks. I'll have to check into them. If they stay put while active then I'd be sold. If they came in orange, I'd be a happy gal.
