Try a hard reset first. See if that works. If not, reset all settings.
Hard reset might work. You don’t know that, until you try it.Then I lose all my saved wifi passwords!
[doublepost=1506367665][/doublepost]I am glad I googled before I blindly did a hard reset only to have it fix nothing.

I can understand not wanting to reset all settings and losing your WiFi passwords.
Hard reset, you won’t lose your passwords. My POINT is that it may be normal in IOS 11 to have the bold wifi on all the time. yeah the last time someone from this forum suggested I reset all WIFI passwords I did just that and it fixed nothing of the problem I had at that time. No thanks not again.
If Bluetooth is off in settings (not just disconnected from the Control Center) then you shouldn't be seeing a Bluetooth icon in the status bar.My POINT is that it may be normal in IOS 11 to have the bold wifi on all the time. yeah the last time someone from this forum suggested I reset all WIFI passwords I did just that and it fixed nothing of the problem I had at that time.
