In IOS 11 on my iPad Mini 2 BT stays on all the time. This was not the case in IOS 10 so not sure if this is normal behavior. I have turned it off and on, and even rebooted the iPad to no avail. Please advise.

Hard reset might work. You don’t know that, until you try it.

I can understand not wanting to reset all settings and losing your WiFi passwords.

My POINT is that it may be normal in IOS 11 to have the bold wifi on all the time. yeah the last time someone from this forum suggested I reset all WIFI passwords I did just that and it fixed nothing of the problem I had at that time. No thanks not again.

Hard reset, you won’t lose your passwords.

If you don’t like the advice and have received bad advice here before, might not want to ask.

If Bluetooth is off in settings (not just disconnected from the Control Center) then you shouldn't be seeing a Bluetooth icon in the status bar.
