That's the thing with statics. They can be fudged to fit your needs. I can provided statics to prove the world is flat, doesn't make it true.

'Percent of ALL iPhone users"? .55% of APPLECARE USERS, not all iPhone users Steve. Your data is flawed, your statement is a lie. I don't have applecare, no one called me to ask if I had issues, so how can you lump me into the "All iPhone Users" group?

Your 1 year warranty included with your purchase IS applecare... what you purchase when you "Buy AppleCare" is a 2nd year.

Really? You had issues and you are so overwhelmed with them that you did not call anyone or speak to anyone at the store about it ? Have you returned yours yet?
