I think BM350 is dead.

Tried 3 different chat reps today and they all told me it's invalid. :(
 
I agree BM350 may be dead.. I tried for someone yesterday got it added and got same thing today from numerous reps that it is dead. It was dead by phone for so long and then chat was able to do it (probably by mistake). Looks like they caught on to them so this may be even more YMMV then it was...

TMS4 (and I assume TMS3) are dead.

When customer support accidentally removed it from my account, it took a level 2 support opening a ticket to get it added back.

I don't think they will do the same if you've never had it on your account to begin with.
 
I also was able to add tmb9 and u200 from chat. No questions asked, just told the rep the feature code and he proceeded to add the codes. My first time adding feature code and was successful.
 
I switched from a 3G to a 3GS and AT&T promptly removed my old TMS4 and put me under the new $15/1500 plan.

I called a rep and asked them to add it back in, but to no avail. Spoke with someone in the resolution dept (I believe this dept is for people who want to cancel service?) and they were unable to add it as well.

Both people said the old plan had expired, and the new one was required to having functioning text messaging with the iPhone. From what I understand, the new plan is required for SMS, but not MMS, correct? I honestly feel like I'm getting the run around.

The CSR also informed me that had I kept my 3G and not upgraded to the 3GS, that the existing TMS4 plan would work fine. How does that make sense? I give AT&T $$$ and 2 more years worth of business, and they raise my bill? Bummer..
 
What chat did y'all use? The only chat assistance that I can find on AT&T is the technical support, and they keep telling me they can't assist that sort of request and then give me the number for Customer Care.

It's the chat link when you visit your Premier account. It usually appears on the lower right after clicking Premier store, that is assuming you have a Premier account (aka FAN discount)
