Issue: I can only get one external monitor to display at a time in Bootcamp (Windows), though both work simultaneously in macOS (limited to 60Hz).

Setup:

  • Host: 2019 MacBook Pro 13" (Intel i5-1038NG7, 4 Thunderbolt ports).
  • Displays: 2x TCL 32" 165Hz (32R84), connected directly via individual USB-C to USB-C cables (no hubs).
  • Behavior: In Windows, the working monitor successfully runs at 4K @ 165Hz. The second screen stays blank, though its built-in USB hub still passes mouse/keyboard data to the Mac. Both monitors work perfectly on a native Windows laptop.
Troubleshooting attempted: Reinstalled drivers, installed Intel Graphics Command Center, tried custom display apps, lowered resolutions/refresh rates, and factory reset the monitors. Nothing works.

How can I get both displays to extend in Bootcamp?
