Borg Tech > Federation Tech > Cylon Tech > the Thirteen Colonies Tech.

You're right. Apart from the biologics and jump drives, Cylon and Colony tech is bascially 1980's. Cannons and bullets where Borg and Federation have *freaking lasers*.

Anyhow, back on topic. The Borgs win easily. They won't even bother assimilating inferior Cylon Tech. A single Borg cube tore the Federation fleet a new one at Wolf 359 while taking zero damage...

Agreed. The Borg would assimilate a few individual Cylons for nothing more than their knowledge about organic/mechanical integration and perhaps jump-drive theory. The Cylons' weapon technology would likely be ignored.
