Hey guys yes I know phone is old and some of you don't care about it but we paid 139.99$ for it unlocked new but it came broken I just need to make sure.

I took out sim card tray and can't take it out...
here are 2 pics I took with my 5S.

It was hard to get better pics , I will upload a video soon.

I was able to take-out sim card tray but can't put it in I wonder if I was sold a refurb or something?

You were able to find a new phone that has been discontinued for 4-5 years by now?

Doubtful. I'm sure it was used or refurbished.

Listed as new , as far as it showed it was only used to unlock and it's without a single scratch.

Why would you think it's a refurb or used just because you can not get the sim tray in?
If the sim is in the tray properly it will go back in make sure you inserting the right side in. Line up the sim ejector hole.

At the iPhone hacks section.
It shouldn't be that hard to slide the sim tray back in.
If it is then it obviously has a problem and I'd return it and get your money back.
A brand new iphone doesn't do that and looking to find a brand new 5+ year old phone that was never used sounds unlikely.

nm its been too long lol.

just put your key in the hole and gently push the tray in.

tried many ways I think in order to make it work I would have to do it very very hard or possibly brake the plastic sim tray , seller will give me replacement so it's all good thanks for all the help guys :)

it may just be the picture angle but it looks like the water sensor sticker at the bottom of the headphone port has been activated as I can see some red, are you sure that it is new?

Where he bought the phone from will be key. He refuses to say.

Refuse to say LOL nice try bro , it was ebay seller sold about 200+ of them.
Why do you care where I bought it from? why does it matter to you?

You could have gotten an iphone 4. For less than that...new...

Can you show me where? so maybe I could still have time to get refund instead of replacement.. thanks
