Ive been seeing reviews that it's not good and it scratches your watch. what is ur opinion of it?

I returned mine after a week and got the Sports band instead because:

1. It's not comfortable enough to wear every day compared to the Sport band. It's presence is always felt on your wrist. I especially didn't like how the band would catch my arm hairs if I wanted to slide the watch up or down my wrist a little.
2. If you tighten it the "wrong way" (that's what apple told me) the band rubs against the casing and causes minor scratches.
3. The magnet part of the loop gets easily scratched

i think ill try it for 7 seven days but I've seen a lot of reviews like that. it has been bothering my hair but i switched the arrangement of the loop like i moved the bottom piece to the top and the top to the bottom

I have the Milanese Band and it is my daily band. I only switch to the sports band I recently purchased for when I work out with my trainer. I do not find any discomfort with the band at all and I like the more exact fitting you get because of the magnetic clasp. It isn't well suited to work out in as the heavy activity from that sometimes adjusts the magnetic fitting.

It's just because it's metal it feels like a burden when worn all day. With the sport band I hardly feel the watch on my wrist.

It looks quite nice and I like how adjustable it is, but it didn't work out for me in the end. I like to wear my watches on the looser side and after a week or so, it started causing some irritation on my arm from it sliding up and down either naturally or because I moved it.

I ended up switching to the Leather Loop and I've been much happier with it, though it perhaps doesn't have the same "flair" that the Milanese has.

I ordered both the Milanese and the Sports band, expecting the Milanese to be a good "dress" band and the Sports band to be a more comfortable everyday band. After only a few days, I returned the Sports band because the Milanese loop is so much more comfortable. I've received compliments from strangers regarding how good it looks, too. It does have the potential to scratch the metal casing of the watch if you are not careful in storing it or taking it off, but for me, that's a minor consideration.

i have the Milanese and have no complaints at all. perfect for me, no scratches that I have seen, very easy for me to put on, I prefer as I call it the lasso system of putting it on and I have put it on in reverse to the way it is shown in images, so i pull the strap towards me to tighten. (but that is my personal opinion) :)

If you're saying that you are unable to wear any watch bands made out of metal then that's fine, it's just an issue for you, obviously vast numbers of people wear watches this way.

Or are you saying there is something specifically uncomfortable about the milanese loop? Because that's different.

I have the Milanese loop, the leather loop, Hoco band, white sport and black sport bands.

Out of all of these the Milanese loop is my go to band, the daily driver and the most comfortable. I don't like the sport bands as they don't fit well on me, I'm between holes and I find them sweaty to wear.

The leather loop is my second favourite.

My milanese loop is my favourite. Comfortable, breathable, easily adjusted, looks stunning.

If you like it, it doesn't matter what a review says. Try it out over the next week and if you still like it, keep it.

Can you send me a pic of your milanese loops? I'm not sure if i put it on right.

There's something about the ML I can't quite nail down. My Omega is much heavier but it doesn't "bug" me as much as the AW with ML.

does it look better than a whites sports band. i can trade this for something better. it does scratch my mac while I'm on it. i think that will be a problem during class

I tend to wear the sport bands more.

Have the Milanese loop, the stone leather loop, and blue and green sport bands.

I have the milanese loop (bought a stainless steel 42mm watch with black sports band) and unless I'm doing something very casual (theme park, splash pad with my son, cardio @ gym [I don't wear my watch when working with weights]) then I always have the milanese in.

it's beautiful and looks so gorgeous especially when it catches light.

I like the ML. It might have scratched my casing, but it's hard to say. Don't really care since I can just buff it out. It's comfortable, although I prefer to wear it a little loose -- it was uncomfortable and left marks on my skin when somewhat tight.

It is definitely more "formal" and bling-y than the sports band, which is nice. That being said, I usually have the bsb on but that's because I basically go to the gym everyday and work in a very casual environment. Really the only time I switch out is if I'm going out in the evenings.

I have both a Milanese Loop and a Sport band, but have switched to just wearing the Milanese. I can quickly adjust the Milanese Loop for a far more precise fit than the sport band. And rather that switching to the sport band for a workout, I just rinse the Milanese band off in warm water and towel dry afterwards. Hasn't scratched my Watch, but I'm careful not to slide the metal band near the side of the watch case when putting it on.

i guess ill keep the band. i like it

I love the look, but do not think it's comfortable.

I was hard set on that band in the beginning, but after wearing it, I don't see how people can't be bothered by it. Since I keep my watch fairly secured on my wrist, the band was pretty taut and the edges seemed to restrict my wrist movement or catch my skin uncomfortably. The skin-to-metal contact wasn't bad -at all- but I could not get it to sit comfortably on my wrist.

That an the sport band was phenomenal. For classier bands, I prefer an adapter and picking from the larger selection out there.
