Bought the milanese loop, should i keep it?

My neighbor has the Milanese band and with out a doubt it is scratching the bottom edge of his 42SS.

I had the Link originally and swapped it out for the Milanese Loop. I like the ML because it is infinitely adjustable which makes it so comfortable to wear. I really couldn't get a good fit on the Link.

I had the milanese but bought a link. The milanese definitely scratched the bottom of my watch.
