If you have new MacBook less than 14 days old and you don't want it for any reason or no reason at all, take it back for a refund. You're dealing with Apple not Best Buy...or are you? If you bought anything at all from BestBuy then you deserve whatever happens.

Bottom line..nobody on this forum can solve your problem. Get in car, drive to Apple, go to genius bar, return computer.

i dislike best buy as much as everyone else, but what are you talking about? best buy did away with restocking fee's before apple did. they give you 0 issues when returning laptops etc. within the proper time frame.
