Breaking News: My UPS Shipment just went from End of Day to "By 10:30 AM"!!!

Mine just updated to "Friday, 10/14/2011, By End of Day". Still in Kentucky
^ Im happy though, because my UPS guy usually delivers around 11ish so ill be ok if it here by then =D

I'm on a college campus, so once it gets delivered, it needs to make its way to the mail room and they need to log it in their system. The whole process can take several hours. Oh well, what can you do?
Get to the UPS guy before the UPS guy gets to your mail room.

Dude, really? That happens for anything with USPS here, but package deliveries come straight to the dorm's main office and you're buzzed.

Yeah, that's how they do it unfortunately. Everything gets delivered to one place. Once they get around to bringing a package to the mail room, they generate a slip with a barcode that they stick in our mailbox. We bring the slip to the mail room window and show our ID to retrieve our package.
It can be annoying at times, but it does come in handy because I know someone will always be there to sign for my package and make sure it gets into the right hands.

Did anyone who ordered from ATT.com have their shipping updated to 10:30 am? Mine still says end of day, I ordered from att. ;(
I ordered through Apple and the 10:30 am might have just been a glitch. My delivery is back to saying end of day.
