I'm not getting breathe reminders since switching to watchOS 4. I can't believe I've been holding my breath for this long!
You just have to explicitly remember to breathe and exhale slowly throughout the 60-second period, multiple times a day (which—I agree—is somewhat odd).I switched it off... oddly I manage to breathe without the encouragement from my Apple Watch.
Thanks a lot. Have same settings. Was in contact with Apple. Had to sent them some data. They thought it has been solved with 4.1. But it‘s not.I think these are the only Breathe settings.

That’s interesting, sounds like there’s still a problem. I’m not getting the 4 reminders per day that I should get - maybe 2 at best. Thanks a lot. Have same settings. Was in contact with Apple. Had to sent them some data. They thought it has been solved with 4.1. But it‘s not.
They told me that certain calendar events could stop the app from reminding us.

Historically, Stand reminders need you to go to Watch->My Watch->Health->Wheelchair->No. Breath Reminders are still a mystery.I was just about to post a thread asking about not getting stand reminders. I noticed that I was not getting my stand reminders the other day (I have my breath reminders turned off) I also asked my best friend and they said they also are not getting stand reminders since upgrading from AW series 0 to the new series 3. Also, I have noticed that when you look at the "bars" to see if you have gotten credit for standing (since sometimes even if I stand/walk around, sometimes I still don't get credit) they used to be a lighter shade so you could tell that you have not received credit but now they don't show up at all until it credits you, so it is not easy to tell if you got credit for that hour.
I also don’t get breathe reminders as scheduled. I have it set to 10 times a day (I’ve tried other intervals), and I see maybe two a week. It’s so strange.
Have you set Wheelchair to No? That has generally fixed Stand.Reminders both breathe and stand haven’t been working in 4.1 here either.
Ever since watchOS 4, I don't get breathe reminders when I should. Using the Siri watch face, I might get a reminder every now and then, but I have it set to 3. I do not get all three. I see a card on the watch face to breathe..does that count as a reminder? I thought it should give haptic feedback and explicitly remind me to breathe.
Yeah it’s really insanely annoyingWell, 4.2.2 DID NOT FIX THIS... Unbelievable...
