Bribing for Reviews in AppStore

Does anyone have an email or a link where we can report this? I have been looking for a while now, but I didn't find anything.
The reviews should be reset.

I have been looking too. The only official one I know of is sjobs@apple.com. It's worked wonders in the past. (see consumerist.com)
